Are the Pinnacles caves open?
Bear Gulch and Balconies caves close at times to protect bats or after heavy rain. Check nps.gov before you go and bring a flashlight.
What is the best hike in Pinnacles?
The High Peaks Trail loop, about 6 miles from Bear Gulch, has the best views of the spires and good chances to see condors.
