We collect account information (name, email), trip and itinerary data you create, and usage data to improve the product. When you submit a Concierge request, we share the details necessary for a partner Travel Advisor to respond.
2. How we use your information
We use your information to operate the Hub, Café, Shop, Concierge, and Itinerary features, to personalize AI-generated itineraries, and to communicate trip-related updates and notifications.
3. Payments and advisors
travli does not store or process payment card data for advisor-fulfilled bookings. When you work with a partner Travel Advisor, you share payment information directly with them, outside travli's systems.
4. Affiliate links
The Shop contains Amazon Associates and other affiliate links. travli may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you.
5. Your choices
You can access, update, or delete your account data at any time from Account Settings. Contact us to request a full export or deletion of your data.
