1. Using travli
By creating an account, you agree to use travli's Hub, Café, Shop, Concierge, and Itinerary tools for lawful personal trip planning. Explorer and Globetrotter plans grant the features listed on our pricing page.
2. The Concierge and partner advisors
Travel Advisors reachable through the Concierge are independent partners, not travli employees. travli facilitates the introduction and charges a platform fee on accepted proposals; the advisor's service fee is billed separately by the advisor. travli does not guarantee advisor availability, pricing, or the outcome of any booking.
3. Bookings and liability
For advisor-fulfilled requests, the advisor books through their own systems and travli has no visibility into that transaction. Booking status is self-reported by the advisor, with a client confirm/deny check. travli is not a party to, and bears no liability for, the underlying travel booking, cancellation, or refund.
4. The Shop and affiliate links
Product links in the Shop go to Amazon or other third-party retailers. travli may earn a commission as an Amazon Associate or through comparable affiliate programs. travli is not responsible for third-party product quality, pricing, or fulfillment.
5. Subscriptions and refunds
Traveler and Globetrotter plans are billed monthly or annually, as selected at checkout. Annual plans are billed in full for the year at signup or renewal. All subscription payments, including annual plans, are non-refundable, except where required by law. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals; cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
6. AI-generated content
Itineraries and suggestions generated by travli's AI tools are recommendations only. Verify hours, availability, entry requirements, and pricing directly with venues and providers before relying on them.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time from Account Settings. travli may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
