Is one week enough for Split?
One week covers Split plus day trips to Trogir and Krka. Book island ferries one day ahead and check bus times for Klis and Salona.
Do I need to book Krka National Park in advance?
Buy Krka tickets online the evening before. Buses from Split run hourly and cost about 10 euros each way.
How do I get to Trogir from Split?
Take a local bus (line 37) or an intercity bus from Split; buses run frequently and take about 30 to 45 minutes. In summer a boat also runs from the Riva.
Do I need to book Hvar ferry tickets ahead?
Reserve Hvar ferries at least one day in advance during summer. Catamarans leave from Split harbor and take 1 hour.
